Lowriders Recordings first release is with the new kid in town: Ghost Mutt. This young producer from Brighton (UK) is linked as resident artist to the people of Donky Pitch with other residents like Boss Kite and Slugabed. His sound can be, if we try to genre-ize it, defined as a mash-up of hiphop beats mixed with dubstep, covered with glitches, funky tweaks, purple flares and dirty basses. He has been sharing line-ups with Tokimonsta, Slugabed, Blue Daisy, Boss Kite, Coco Bryce and Bass Clef.
Played by artists and dj’s people like Starkey on his Suclusiasis broadcast and Rob Booth Electronic Exploration Downliners-sekt mix

LOW001 kicks off with Sasquatch your not so average epic banger. Covered with dirt and purple, synth mayhem and subbass, it’s your airguitar kinda track for the keyboard generation, a must behave weird track. Wizards Sleeve has this mad dirty bass, a nasty snare, dirty pitched synths and voices and a very very push. The break throws you unexptectedly off your feet. Joker gone bad.
Slugabed‘s remix of Sasquatch is the superlative degree of epic. He adds more dirt, more synth mayhem, more madness to the track. A pit is inevitable.
Coco Bryce made a remix specialy for the give away in 192 KBPS and 320 as a bonus for the digital download. its HERE

Lunice Whoaaaaa! This record is amazing!! Wizards Sleeve is on some serious bidness… Back to the drawing board for me. See ya! Haha.
Kidkanevil yeah man, this is MONSTER!!! all killers, especially the slugabed remix, daaaymn!!!
Offshore This is heavy – the title track is my favourite. I remember hearing it a while back and the melody has stuck with me. I’ll play it at the ninja xx gigs in a few weeks
Boomkat Squelchy, manic and rather unhinged psyk-hop from Ghost Mutt, prepared with a Slugabed remix on the flip. The two original tracks are two sarnies short of a mentallists picnic, losing any semblance of conventional melodic arrangement and only just held together with the crookedest head nodders beats… but definitely having fun doing it! Slugabed joins in the madness on the flipside, reorganising the chaos with his heavy dynamics to make it breathe like an asthmatic robot on crack.
